Regkirona®
Regdanvimab, sold under the brand name Regkirona®, is a human monoclonal antibody designed to target the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2, which received regulatory approval in Switzerland in 2022. It was developed by Celltrion Healthcare, for the treatment of COVID-19 in adults who do not require supplemental oxygen and who are at increased risk of their disease becoming severe. Regkirona contains the active substance regdanvimab.
The medicine is given by intravenous infusion.
